Founder’s Story

From a Dream to a Movement

Hi, I’m Jyoti Ranjan Sardar, the founder of SKILLSET.

With over 10 years of experience as a Computer Hardware Engineer, I have always been passionate about learning, systems and creating practical solutions. SKILLSET was born from a simple belief — that everyone has the potential to do more, if they have the right tools, habits and guidance.

What started as a small idea is now a growing movement to make 1 million more capable people every year.

A dream written down with a plan becomes a goal. A goal broken into steps becomes progress.
